"Since I was in high school, I have been tutoring students in various subjects including writing and English. While attending University, I taught private English lessons to employees of tech companies for three years. When I graduated I was able to use this experience to obtain a teaching job in Singapore at at brand new Berlitz Language school. After two years, I was invited to work in Cambodia to teach an English college course for students going abroad to graduate school.

A year later, I returned to the US and received my law degree. I have since taken up tutoring on occasion as I enjoy the process and staying connected with education. I also like to encourage all students and be supportive of anyone in sticking through the hard times and use the opportunity to guide students to success.

I have taught English in many formats, such as ESL, writing essays, college applications, and editing, to many different types of students of different ages in various settings, including law students and bar exam candidates. I love to see people learn the easier ways to retain information, write and express themselves.

I took two Bar Exams in two different states and passed both. I understand how the test works and can give good guidance and tips. I have been working as a lawyer and I am so passionate about the law and believe everyone should be somewhat familiar with it.

I like to approach each student’s tutoring needs by personalizing it to the student’s learning style And aptitude. I take the time to look at the details, explain in depth the material, and very importantly believe in providing tools to make future independent learning easier.
