"Hi I'm Mohit, a sophomore majoring in Data Science. I have previously tutored students at Mathnasium, a math learning center, where I taught students in small group setting. I also taught Python as a North South Foundation volunteer to elementary and middle school students. Since then I have been teaching various subjects like Calculus, Python, and other math and computer science subjects online. These classes are one-to-one, and based on the student's needs as per their classes in school.

I am most passionate about teaching programming languages, although I also have experience explaining calculus, algebra, SAT Math, and statistics. With topics that can be especially difficult like math, its important to have access to supportive teachers and the right resources in order to succeed. Coding is another subject that comes with a hard learning curve, so I adapt my teaching style to be concise and direct, yet detailed, so that students can learn better. I also prioritize matching my explanations to the student's learning style in order to communicate the ideas of the lesson better.
