"I have been teaching and tutoring for 46+ years in the public/private school system. I taught in public and private school, I also worked in a private therapeutic school for students with disorders, emotional issues, etc. I have a great passion for what I do and I relate well to students. I have a positive attitude and I am very motivating and easy to understand. With all the years of tutoring experience, I already know what problems students will have even before they realize it themselves!

I have vast experience in and out of the classroom, teaching basic skills, regular and honors classes which include Personal Finance Literacy, SAT Math Prep, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, PreCalculus/Trigonometry, Geometry, teaching SAT Math and ACT Math/Science Prep courses as well as ISEE/SSAT Prep both privately and through public schools and learning centers, and hours of private tutoring and homebound instruction and also helping with online courses.

I tutor mostly over Zoom, but I can meet in person if location works. I have a USB camera and I can send all notes to the student after our meeting. It has worked out great this way." less...
