My name is Andrew C. and I am a former Math, Science and Logic teacher at Whitefield Academy in Kansas City. My undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering and I have paused my graduate studies for a few years while my wife and I raise our 4 children. My graduate pursuit will be in both physics as well as machine learning . I enjoyed my time as a teacher but unfortunately I was not able to make ends meet. I moved into an engineering company where I currently work and tutor to stay connected to teaching.

I began tutoring in college at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. There is a program that began there in the 70s that now exists at many universities called the "SI" program (Supplemental Instruction). It was through this training and experience that I discovered my love for teaching and tutoring. The university hired me to be the SI leader for both Calculus and Physics. I eventually expanded into my own tutoring business and have been tutoring since this experience in 2002.

I worked for mathnasium for a time as well to gain more perspectives on how to teach and tutor more effectively. I enjoy tutoring and want to add more students to my pursuit.
