"Hello, I am Thomas. I graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in mathematics. I am currently working on my PhD in mathematics. I enjoy learning and teaching mathematics to students who want to succeed in their studies.

When I was an undergraduate student I was a TA for calculus 3, calculus 2, and college algebra/pre-calculus. I also worked in my universities math help room where I tutored for all of the calculus sequence, linear algebra, abstract algebra, real and complex analysis along with many other courses. I enjoy working with small groups of students and helping them overcome their struggles and become better at mathematics even if the only time they are ever going to need to know the math is for the final of the class they are in.

I have taken many math classes throughout my education career including what I have TA'd for and many more. I have 2.5 years experience as a teaching assistant and 2.5 years working as a tutor in a universities math help room.

I am a firm believer in the phrase "If you cannot explain a topic to a novice in your field you don't really understand the topic yourself" and I look forward to helping you learn and succeed in your mathematics education" less...
