"Hello, I am Delaney! I graduated summa cum laude from ASU Prep Digital and am currently enrolled at Vassar College pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies. I have six years of tutoring experience in a wide variety of subjects, and I have worked with students of all ages. I tutored high school students for four years, with a primary focus on English, social studies, and algebra. I have tutored middle school students for six years in all subjects, but have recently specialized in reading support and special education. Finally, I have worked on and off with elementary students in my past six years of tutoring and covered all subjects. All of my tutoring experience has been one-on-one, with the majority of it conducted online.

I am genuinely passionate about education and strive to create an environment where students can gain mastery in their chosen subjects, all while having fun and learning to enjoy their schoolwork. When tutoring, I create a low-pressure environment that encourages mastery through trial and error and hands-on practice with their coursework. I work hand-in-hand with my students to help them succeed, as opposed to the traditional lecture style often seen in a classroom. Additionally, as a QuestBridge scholar, my college application process demanded perfection. When helping rising seniors with their applications, I draw on this experience to ensure that my students' applications are the best they can be and will always stand out from the crowd.
