"Hi I'm Frances! I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with specialization in English grade 6-12. My passion has always been in literature and writing, but I also have extensive experience with grammar and vocabulary. My degree is in English education, but I also have tutored students in Spanish in middle school and high school.

In the 14 years I've been teaching, I've learned so much from my students, especially what works best for them. I've worked with all different abilities and types of students that I feel comfortable teaching both middle school and high school level. I have been recognized as one of my state best teachers which is an honor considering that I don't do what I do for the accolades but to help my students achieve their goals and be successful. I welcome any resources that students or parents are willing to supply to help students with particular skills they are trying to improve.
