"Hi there, and thanks for checking out my profile. I am an 18 years experienced Registered Nurse with an MSN (Master's in Nursing) and a BS in Animal Science. I also hold a certification as a Clinical Nurse Leader. I have been providing prviate one-on-one tutoring services for nursing students and graduate nurses preparing for their NCLEX-RN since 2012. Currently, I work as an associate professor at a local nursing college, where I am the lead instructor for Pediatrics, Community Nursing, and Lifespan Development. I am also a student support specialist. Nursing practice-wise, mothers, babies, and kids are my passion, and I love to teach. While obtaining my undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University, I was a paid tutor by the university for student-athletes in chemistry, English, and Spanish. I also assisted several special needs students, including vision-impaired and deaf/hard-of-hearing students. During my time in school, my GPA for my undergraduate was 3.55, magna cum laude, and during my graduate work, my GPA was 3.75.
