I am experienced, filled with nursing/NCLEX knowledge,, compassionate about my work and dedicated to my students,

In 2010 I graduated with my associate degree in nursing! I worked 4 years in the ER as a RN before I decided to get my bachelor's degree in nursing at Walden University. I am currently pursing my masters degree as a family nurse practitioner. During the time I was in the ER I worked part time in hospice care, cardiac Cath lab, interventional radiology, and an urgent care. I worked a total of 13 years in the ED and truly enjoyed the experience and the opportunities to teach new nurses.

have spent the last 4 years tutoring EMT students for the NREMT, nursing students in med surg, maternity, pediatrics, critical care and drug dose calculations, I prepare students for there HESI, TEAS, EXIT HESI and the NCLEX. I am very familiar with the tricky questions on the NCLEX and know what material to focus on

. I currently hold my RN license, CPR, ACLS, AND PALS.

For my nursing students, I review your chapters and pull out the important content to ensure you do not miss any important information. We will discuss any areas that are important for testing and the “ WHY” behind the answers to ensure your understanding. use videos to enhance understanding of specific content and to give visuals. We will do ALOT of review questions with rationales and revisit areas that are needed for review. For my test preparation students, we will discuss your specific needs and tailor sessions to your needs. We will review content, complete ALOT of practice questions, complete practice tests and watch videos to help with understanding content.
