I focus on understanding where the student is coming from, in order to help them make the connection from one concept to another.
My experience includes supporting with students with visual impairments, ADHD, anxiety, and other disabilities. I use a variety of learning aids (tactile manipulatives, visualizations, etc.) to help students connect concepts.
