"I am a Clinical Psychology graduate with several years of hands-on tutoring and academic support experience across elementary, middle school, high school, and college levels. Supported by a full-ride scholarship, I completed my undergraduate degree with a 4.0 GPA and Dean's List recognition at Hunter College. My strong academic background began early, as I earned near-perfect scores on all of my New York State Regents exams, which gave me a deep understanding of effective study strategies and exam preparation techniques.

My tutoring experience spans across several years, starting at Brooklyn Public Library and UCA Tutoring Center. At these institutions, I supported students in one-on-one and small group settings. At BPL, I worked with learners from diverse academic backgrounds and grade levels, helping them strengthen reading comprehension, writing and math skills. At UCATC, where I served as a lead tutor, I created individualized lesson plans and worked with students one-on-one on NYS Statewide and Regents exam prep. I adapted strategies for students ranging from elementary to high school, ensuring each learner had clear explanations tailored to their needs.

A significant part of my teaching experience also comes from serving as a TA for a college-level psychology statistics course. In this role, I led review sessions, explained statistical concepts, guided students through assignments, and provided academic support during office hours. In this role, I learned how to break down abstract ideas such as probability, standard deviations, and hypothesis testing.
