"Hello! I am an experienced educator, having taught in Baltimore County Public Schools for 17 years. Most of my work has been with elementary English language learners and their parents. I relocated to Delaware in 2021 and have since been working with students at the community college level. I love helping children learn by using a wide variety of reading material and exploring via individual interests. In addition to working in the public school system, I have tutored individually to develop reading, writing, and elementary math skills.

Prior to teaching, I worked with many children and families in the mental health field in a variety of settings including both public and private. I am patient and encouraging with my students.
