"Right after graduating from college with a degree in Junior High Science teaching, I taught high school science for ten years; which included the following subject areas: Physical Science, General Science, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Human Anatomy and Physiology. I enjoyed lesson preparation and providing hands-on activities to help students remember topics. I then pursued a Science career, which provided me opportunities to perform training, create standard operating procedures, and experience new learning opportunities for myself. As I still had a passion for teaching, when I saw an opportunity to tutor at MCC, I gladly applied and was accepted. I became a CRLA certified tutor with positive evaluations.
