"I'm Anna. I have a PhD in Cell, Molecular and Microbiology. I'm currently working as part-time professor. I'm always looking to improve my teaching skills and share the information I learned. I have had some great teaching mentors in various training courses I have had. In graduate school I was an NSF Teaching fellow in a high school for two years where I learned a lot from both the teachers and students.

I think learning should be made accessible to everyone as much as possible. I have been lucky to have great teachers in all of my levels of schooling. I have continued to learn and improve my teaching skills through various training courses on subjects, curriculum design and online teaching. As part of these trainings, I learned how to make learning more fun and interesting, which helps with memory and understanding of the topic.

I have tutored students in General biology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Genetics and doing graduate research work. I have over 10 years of experience in teaching.
