"Hi, I'm Vernon! I graduated with a Master's degree in Biochemistry. I had the opportunity of teaching classes both in person and online as a Teaching Associate for my university and it has helped me hone my teaching skills in the field. My favorite moments as a TA were when I would have 1:1 or group tutoring sessions with my students before important exams. This helped my students increase the confidence for their tests and help improve their test taking abilities.

I learned advanced biochemistry topics and techniques while also utilizing them in my research field.

I taught a class of 24+ students for 7 semester on the basics of general chemistry lab techniques and concepts.
