"I am a Computer Science graduate from the University of California, San Diego, with a strong background in cybersecurity, computer programming, and math. My coursework covered areas such as data structures, algorithms, computer systems, networking, and security fundamentals, and I’ve applied this knowledge through hands-on roles in IT support, security analysis, and GRC-focused work. These experiences helped me get comfortable breaking down complex technical ideas into clear, easy-to-understand explanations.

I have experience teaching and tutoring students across a range of ages and settings. I previously worked as a Mathnasium Instructor, where I taught elementary through high school students in one-on-one and small-group environments, focusing on building strong math foundations and confidence. I’ve also worked as a Cybersecurity Teacher with the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) and also for the Juvenile Court and Community Schools (JCSS). In these roles, I introduced topics like networking basics, security concepts, and safe computing practices in a way that was engaging and accessible.

In addition, I tutor computer programming and ACT prep. For programming, I focus on hands-on learning with step-by-step code walkthroughs and real-world examples in languages such as Python, Java, and C/C++.
