"I have been a tutor since I was in high school and continued that trend throughout my college career. When I was in high school I was President of our school's chapter of National Honor Society. Through this group we were required to develop a community service project. My project was to start a tutoring center for elementary students at a nearby school. Later in college I became a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I was also a Resident Assistant in the residence halls and would hold tutoring sessions for the freshman of my floor. I am very patient and can accommodate many different learning styles. I believe in practice and practical example."
