"My name is Marisa and I have a masters and a bachelors degree in Spanish education. I have 6+ years experience teaching and tutoring in Spanish and math. I have experience with all ages. I have a great passion for the Spanish language and culture and adore sharing it with others. Math is also a subject that I excel at and really enjoy tutoring.

Tutoring is a very rewarding experience for me. I really enjoy the 1:1 work with a student and to be able to see their growth in a subject area.

I have always excelled in math and went through AP Calculus in high school. I have spent the last 7 years tutoring math to students ages pre-K-9th grade.

I have experience teaching a second language and know the skills needed to assist others in understanding the content in a foreign language. I also have knowledge for the World Language Spanish Praxis.

I have 2 degrees in Spanish and I also have a k-12 teaching license for Spanish. I have 7 years and counting experience teaching and tutoring Spanish. I have also passed the Spanish Praxis exam.
