"Hello! My name is Leo, and I am currently in my third year as an undergraduate at the University of Washington studying Biology: Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation. I have over a year of experience tutoring high school and college students in college-level content in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, and Math. I am most comfortable tutoring Pre-Calculus, Calculus 1 and 2 (derivatives and integrals), introductory Biology, some ecology and evolution related content, and introductory Chemistry.

When tutoring STEM subjects, I find that the best method for me has been to make sure that my students are eventually able to do problems independently without support, but with plenty of encouragement and guidance along the way! I want to make sure you feel confident as a learner and feel good about doing the work after going home from a tutoring session. I appreciate when students send me the general topics/specific problems they want to work on at least 24-48 hours before our session! It helps me quickly review before the session so I can help you the best I can.

Please send me any cancellation notices at least 12 hours in advance. I'm pretty flexible if you need to shift a time slightly, but just let me know :)
