"Hi, I'm Catherine! I am an undergraduate student at Northeastern University studying pharmaceutical sciences. I have maintained a spot on the Dean's List with a 3.9 GPA while taking courses such as Physics 1 and 2, Organic Chemistry, and Biochemistry. In high school, I always had a passion for chemistry which helped me earn a 5 on the AP Chemistry exam. In college, I developed a knack for physics and have been successful ever since.

I have been a peer tutor since September 2025. Throughout these past few months, I have been helping college students understand and apply the content that they are learning in their general chemistry and physics classes. I recognized that some students needed more help than others, so my sessions would be anything from reteaching the material with some lecture-based content and practice problems, to helping students solve their homework problems and discussing quiz/exam strategies.

I believe that every student, no matter how confident or not confident they are in the material that they're learning, could benefit from a tutor. Working with someone else allows you to ensure that you know enough about a subject to explain it back to them.
