"I have been tutoring for thirteen years. Getting to know my students, discovering where they are in their learning, and helping them move toward and meet their goals are what motivate me. I have worked with students from kindergarten through high school, and even with adults. The areas in which I have tutored are English, Reading, ESL, and Spanish.. In the classroom I have taught junior and senior high school English and Spanish, adult ESL, and elementary Spanish.

My bachelor's degree is in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Language Arts and Reading, and my current teaching credential is with the State of Texas. My Master's degree is in TEFL or TESOL (similar to ESL). I also graduated from a Spanish Language Institute in Costa Rica and lived extensively in Latin America. I am a native English speaker, but I am also fluent in both written and spoken Spanish.
