"I am an experienced teacher who has taught special education (all levels, disabilities and ages). I have a bachelor's degree in special ed, and post-graduate degrees (MDiv, ThM and PhD) in theology. I have tutored beginning readers focusing on phonics and word recognition. I have worked with middle school special ed students on their reading, writing and math skills. I worked with community college students, tutoring learning lab students in all subjects and teaching a basic math and pre-algebra class for those needing further math mastery. I taught English to regular and special ed high school students and regular ed math to middle school students.

In addition to teaching, I have extensive writing and editing skills. I have been doing copy-editing for a professor who did not grow up speaking English for over twenty years. I taught post-graduate classes in history and preaching, working with students on their writing and presentation skills. I also worked in an English Learning Lab with international and domestic post-graduate students on their writing skills
