"Hello! My name is Amanda (Mandi), and I am in search of students and families looking for an active and innovative tutor! My specialty is personalizing each lesson to reach the interests and needs of every child!

I am originally from Pennsylvania, where I achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, as well as a Minor Degree in Special Education from Penn State University. I graduated in 2010 at the top of my class as a reoccurring Dean's List member and was a Most Outstanding Student Teacher of the Year Nominee.

Following graduation, I worked as a tutor, substitute teacher, TSS, paraprofessional, daycare owner, lead after school teacher, and Training and Curriculum Specialist (for the United States Air Force). Due to my husband being active-duty military, I was able to share my knowledge and skills in multiple states and environments! Since, life has led my family back to Pennsylvania, where I currently homeschool my four children, teaching grades from kindergarten to 7th grade.
