"Hello everyone, I am pleased to be on this professional platform and to connect with you! I have had the opportunity to study in the USA from 2016 to 2021 as a PhD student and graduate research assistant at Texas Tech University. I am passionate about Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, scientific writing, presentations, and research-related tasks in a professional environment.

In my doctoral studies, I have investigated DNA double strand break repair protein. During this time I have gathered experience of protein purification (AKTA start), functional and structural characterization (NMR, Western blot, SDS-PAGE etc.), and basic molecular biology (PCR/qPCR/genome editing etc.). All those tools gave me a strong foundation to unravel my research questions. From my PhD work I was able to publish 1 review, 1 conference abstract and 3 peer-reviewed journal articles.

Currently I am working as Postdoctoral fellow in National Cancer Institute, NIH. My research interest includes immunotherapy of breast cancer brain metastasis and proteomics. My goal is to profile the innate immune response to immunotherapy (BLZ945, Abraxane, and anti PD-L1 etc.). T cells, NK cells, Dendritic Cells, CNS myeloid cells, proliferation marker (Ki-67), cleaved caspase-3 are my primary target of study.

My experience includes successful teaching, research, project design, management, leadership and data analysis. I am a critical thinker with positive, friendly and proactive attitude. A society that is driven by knowledge is where I intend to achieve my long term goals.
