I enjoy helping students,at all levels of achievement, to improve. I have worked with students of all ages, including adults. I have worked with AP students, as well as students who feel they are struggling with standardized tests. I have worked with very high achievers, as well as students who are having academic difficulties. My approach focuses on encouraging students to think clearly and logically, and then to develop the writing tools to express ideas persuasively. Grammar can be boring, but it can be learned and it will help the writer to express ideas with clarity and purpose.
