"Hello. My name is Charlie S. and I greatly enjoy helping students understand subjects that challenge them. I have a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Lewis and Clark College and a Bachelor's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Oregon.

I am certified in New York State in Spanish, Grades 7-12, Special Education, and Elementary Education. I have eleven years of classroom teaching experience, including three years as a Spanish Teacher, three years as a Learning Disabilities Teacher, and one year as an ESL Teacher.

I currently work as a Migrant Specialist. In this capacity, I work with many students who do not have English as their primary language. As a consequnce, school can be very difficult for them. I work very hard to try and help them succeed in their studies.
