I received a 5 on the AP tests for AP physics 1, AP physics C, AP Calc AB, AP Calc BC. I thoroughly loved being educated and discovered during high school that I had a talent and love for teaching others in and out of the classroom. The primary subjects I tutored were STEM with Algebra and Calc AB/BC being my best, however I never "officially" tutored as a job until college. I got into UF and continued learning and helping my classmates, but I also discovered another private tutoring platform. I worked for that platform for around two years, teaching both high school and college students in a variety of STEM subjects. These sessions were usually one-on-one. I had an excellent time and was consistently given positive feedback.

My method of tutoring has two focal points

1) Understanding where a client is at with both understanding of a subject and capability to succeed when given coursework/tests. Wherever you are and whatever gaps in understanding you have is ok, I will deliberate on the most appropriate and important method for your success.

2) Understanding how to convey what a course is asking of its learners. Patterns of questions, ways that tests try to "trick" or "distract" you, etc. Things that require more than an understanding of the subject to navigate easily and can be understood better when broken down and explained." less...
