"I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, with a focus on data science, software development, and applied mathematics. During my academic career, I also completed research in areas such as machine learning and data visualization, which strengthened both my technical expertise and my ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable way. My strong foundation in math, computer science, and problem-solving allows me to support students in a wide range of subjects, including algebra, calculus, trigonometry, programming, and data analysis.
I have experience working with students at the middle school level, a high school level as well as a college level through tutoring, academic projects, and mentorship roles. In these settings, I have helped students improve their understanding of math fundamentals, guided them through programming assignments, and prepared them for exams. My tutoring approach is patient, structured, and personalized. I start by understanding each student’s unique learning style and goals, then break down challenging topics into clear, manageable steps. I also emphasize problem-solving strategies, critical thinking, and building confidence, so students not only succeed in their current coursework but also develop long-term skills for independent learning.
Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas. My goal as a tutor is not just to help students get the right answers, but to help them truly understand the “why” behind the concepts. I believe learning should be engaging and empowering, and I strive to make every session a positive and productive experience." less...
