"Hello! My name is Wesley, and I am a tutor specializing in music, reading, and writing! I currently hold my Bachelor's in Music Education from the University of Michigan, and have been playing the Saxophone for nearly 15 years. I have taught music in a variety of school districts, and in a variety of ways, ranging from marching band to musical theatre, and everything in between!

I have a significant amount of teaching experience with students middle school age and above, all the way into adult learners. I have taught private lessons to students aged 9-89, and have worked with fellow musicians at an ever wider range. My performance skills have taken me across the world, touring Canada, the United States, and Europe extensively.

In addition, I hold the rank of Eagle Scout with Scouting of America, and have served on a variety of committees and boards for music in the area. Most notably, I serve as the Director of Marketing for the Genesee Wind Symphony and the Kearsley Street Big Band, and held 3 terms as the President of the National Association for Music Education in my local chapter.
