"Hello! I’m Marley, and I’m passionate about helping students feel capable, confident, and curious about learning. I hold a Master’s degree in Science with a focus in Botany along with a Teaching Certificate in Life Science for grades 7–12. Over the years, I have worked with elementary through high school students in both science and math, including experience tutoring at an after-school Math and Reading Center. This background has helped me understand how students learn differently and how important patience, clarity, and encouragement are in building academic success.

When I tutor, I focus on explaining concepts clearly, using real-world examples and visuals like diagrams and charts so students develop real understanding instead of memorization. I tailor each session to your child’s learning style, break material into manageable steps, and check for understanding along the way so they can make steady progress. I also help with homework, review class worksheets, and support study skills when needed.
