"Hi! I’m Abe G, a graduate of Vassar College with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in childhood psychopathology. I bring years of tutoring and teaching experience across a wide age range, specializing in reading and writing comprehension, as well as elementary and middle school math and science.

I spent three years at Wimpfheimer Nursery School, working in both childcare and substitute teaching roles with children aged 2–5, and I have over seven years of experience in private childcare that included one-on-one tutoring. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience helping high school students with essay writing and college prep through Prompt, and I’m very comfortable tutoring via Zoom when needed.

My tutoring philosophy centers on patience, empathy, and compassion.
