"Bud is an experienced professional in both education and social services. He has earned his Masters in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and his Bachelors of Education from Lindenwood University. He is currently further his education at Southern New Hampshire University pursuing a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Bud has dedicated the last 10 years of his career to fostering education through social service programs, workforce employment based programs and advocating for individuals with special needs. Bud has experience teaching classroom sessions at East Central College; delivering small group training at various employers in Franklin County; and providing one on one support to individuals of all age ranges and abilities.

Bud is currently completing the Missouri Licensing requirement for Practical Counselors/Therapist with Lifespan Counseling Center in Sullivan Missouri and Works as a Vocational Rehabilitation Provider with Empac Group Inc. out of Washington Mo. One project that Bud is currently working on is the development of a training program for students with special needs to acquire the functional and social skills needed to be successful in both life and employment. He is also available for College Level Psychology tutoring.
