I was initially a pre-medicine student, but I quickly realized that I wanted a career that focused more on chemistry rather than biology, so I made the switch. While getting my Doctor of Pharmacy degree, I had a passion for chemistry and found it relatively easy and enjoyable.

During graduate school, I took upper-level chemistry courses such as organic, pharmaceutical, and medicinal chemistry. I also had the opportunity to run my lab for 2 years as a Teaching Assistant. As a teaching assistant, I aimed to teach students to make chemistry easy and enjoyable for students. I loved teaching, and I want to continue doing so through tutoring.
