"Greetings, my name is Ellis. I graduated from Catawba College in Salisbury NC with my bachelor degree in biology with minor in chemistry and French. During my graduate college years, I focused my studies on cellular and, biochemistry, and molecular biology.

For my teaching experiences, I have served as a tutor with Upward Bound for over 2 years, mostly working with high school students. I made sure they focus their school work, their set goals, and maintaining a high grade point average. I have also taught as a graduate teaching assistant at Appalachian State University and East Carolina University for over 5 years with emphasis on basic biology and microbiology. I also have 1 semester of teaching chemistry and physical science at a high school.

I have taught science for over 10 years including being a tutor with Upward Bound for over 3 years. I have taught high school level all the way to college level.
