"Hello! I'm Alexandra, and I love to help people grow into their writing potential. I may not have 20+ years of experience or an Ivy League degree, but once students start with me, they find a friend and guide they can count on for years to come.

I spent the first year of university at New York University (NYU) studying Media, Culture, and Communications, before transferring to Florida International University (FIU) for career purposes. I have been a working journalist for over three years now, a position that has truly cemented my love for writing and enhancing ideas.

I tutored for multiple years throughout my youth and later into college, in both writing and STEM subjects. Many of my past students have become AP scholars after beginning sessions with me, and I have helped others with college essay that have been accepted by institutions including New York University, Berkeley University (California), University of California - San Diego, and Loyola University (Chicago).

As a current student, I have definitely freshly mastered the college application and essay-writing process. There are so many tips and tricks that come with the difficult process that is applying to college, and I look forward to sharing them with any students who feel they need guidance.

I am a singer-songwriter and producer in my free time, a practice that allows me to bring a wholistic, deeply personalized approach to any student who works on their writing with me.
