I have a passion for helping high school students understand AP history! For the past 23 years I have taught APUSH, AP Euro and AP World history courses to thousands of students who have had remarkable success. I hold Master's degrees in both history and education and served as a co-author of New York City's social studies curriculum as well as the APUSH curriculum at the New York Historical Society.

Since 2019, I have also provided individualized tutoring to hundreds of AP history students. My approach is to make a careful assessment of each student's specific learning needs and then craft and individualized plan to help her or him achieve success in both the classroom on the AP exam itself. Whether you are struggling with the narrative of history, the context of events, multiple-choice, primary document analysis or writing, I am here to provide patient help and attention.
