"My name is Vasile C. I have an MS in Aeronautical Engineering and over 30 years of professional experience.

My professional experience comes from playing various roles, from the tech lead, to enterprise architect, to the CTO role in a management consulting company. During this time, I participated in numerous training courses in the following domains: computer programming [Java, C#, C++, Python], Web platforms [Spring, .NET], enterprise applications installation and customization [SAP, Oracle, Workforce and older ones PeopleSoft, JD Eduwards, Bain Software] development and deployment on cloud environment [AWS], enterprise architecture [TOGAF, FEAF, PERA, etc.], project management [PMP from Project Management Institute], and business operations [SCORE for supply chain and PACE for product development frameworks].

In parallel with my professional activity I also acted as a co-author, and researcher in the field of information theory. I presented papers at world renown conferences over the last 15 years, with the most recent one in 2023 in China. Some of these conferences are NECSI [New England Complex Systems Institute], System Dynamics Conference, BICA, and TEPRA.

My tutoring experience comes primarily from my professional experience. As a consultant, most of the teams I worked with required training and tutoring one-on-one. The teams were from various industries and from 5 to 20 in size.
