"Hi! I have a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and have over 10 years teaching experience at four different colleges. During my time as an instructor, I have taught undergraduate psychology courses including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA, BCBA), Behavioral Statistics, Behavioral Research Methods, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and General Introduction to Psychology courses. I have also taught graduate level courses in Organizational Behavior Analysis, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Consulting.

As a teacher and a tutor, I am dedicated to ensuring that the learning environment allows students of varying educational backgrounds to learn and develop to reach their educational potential. To do this, I constantly develop novel examples for different topics to ensure that learners do not hear the same material over and over. In fact, I try to use different materials during tutoring sessions than the learners are using in class, so I am not just repeating what they already heard.

After each session, I want learners to be able to do more than report that they ‘enjoyed it’ or that they ‘learned a lot’. Instead, I strive for students to be able to engage in some behavior at the end of the sessions that he or she was not able to demonstrate at the beginning of the session.
