"My approach to teaching and tutoring is conversational; a strong dialogue helps me to gauge where you are in terms of comprehension and analysis, and it allows us to work through issues in reading, writing, and interpretation. I've worked with, inspired, and helped students from ages 13-70 succeed in achieving their goals and sharpening their critical thinking skills.

I have also helped students achieve their goals in attending colleges and universities of their choice through my skill in helping students develop their writing and articulating their thoughts clearly, concisely, and expressively.

One of the most important things that I want you to know about me is that I pride myself in learning how students think. I make it a priority to understand what students know, what they need to know, and their approach to comprehension and understanding. It is essential for progress to continue an open dialogue where students can voice their questions, concerns, and articulate their thoughts. I am very relatable, adaptable, and dependable when it comes to helping students discover their talents when reading, analyzing, or writing. In fact, I'm the kind of teacher/professor that students who are not even in my courses feel comfortable talking to and working with to better themselves academically.
