"My name is Sylvie, and I am a dedicated private tutor with over 10 years of experience, specializing in mathematics and chemistry. With math as my first language and chemistry as my second, I’ve discovered my purpose: to “pay it forward” by empowering students through education and nurturing a growth mindset rooted in grit and perseverance.

I believe that mastering the fundamentals is key to long-term academic success. Since the onset of the pandemic, I’ve witnessed a significant learning loss, particularly in math—a subject that builds heavily on prior knowledge. I address these challenges by identifying learning gaps and providing personalized, supplemental support tailored to each student’s needs.
