"Hi there! I’m Andrew, and I’ve always believed that understanding money is one of the most empowering skills anyone can learn. I earned my MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester and spent many years at Xerox Corporation, where I eventually served as Senior Vice President of Service. I managed a $30 million P&L, but what I enjoyed most was helping people grow. Coaching and mentoring employees led to many of them earning promotions and finding new opportunities — experiences that deepened my passion for teaching and guiding others.

My love for tutoring began in college, when I worked in the campus lab helping fellow students one-on-one with algebra, statistics, and circuit analysis. I learned how to break down tough concepts into clear, practical steps that build confidence and understanding. Over the years, I’ve continued that same approach while coaching adults in professional and personal finance topics.

My passion for personal finance also comes from my own life experiences. During college, I had to stretch every dollar and learned early how to budget wisely. After graduation, I managed student loans and began investing for my future. Later, when I faced a period of unemployment, I applied those same principles to stay financially stable. Those real-life lessons shaped my belief that anyone can take control of their finances with the right guidance.
