"Hi, my name is Paul. I started tutoring in undergrad at University of Illinois, where I was also an undergrad TA. I went on to teach high school chemistry and physics in Indiana for 3 years. Prior to starting grad school, I tutored for Purdue University student in chemistry, math and physics. I finished my Master's in Chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University where I was a TA and tutored undergrads. I taught Chemistry online at Carnegie Mellon for four years, and I also teach Chemistry online at Rasmussen University.
I've spent my entire adulthood helping students build their academic confidence, develop skills, and accomplish their challenges in learning. I recognized at a young age the value of a good education. Not everyone finds chemistry, math and physics as interesting as me, but these subjects do not need to be a roadblock to their success.
All of my chemistry education has been built on a mathematics foundation. I taught math to my chemistry students all the time, so I recognize where conceptual difficulties stem.
I live and breathe chemistry, and I've devoted my entire life to helping students find joy in it.
Please reach out to me to schedule an appointment. Let's start the process of making learning fun and overcome those challenges!
NOTE: Due to scheduling difficulties, I am no longer accepting new high school students on the West Coast. Sorry!" less...
