I am a first generation teacher in my family and I have been tutoring students for more than a year.

I specialize in elementary studies but I can definitely also teach adults depending on the need. I have graduated as a certified Bilingual Teacher and I am a 5th grade teacher so excited for the new school year! I am looking forward to have a classroom that makes everyone feel included and loved. I graduated with the highest honors in UTRGV as Summa Cum Laude and can proudly say that, as opposed to most my classmates, I was able to complete my certification exams before graduation date, which is what got my job for me starting August. I focused on blended learning ensuring to include technology in my students’ learning and focused on 4-5 students at a time which were placed in different levels of learning to help differentiate my teaching for them. Because of my differentiation expertise, I was recommended by the principal I was doing my internship, Step-Up, at to my current principal that hired me after being interviewed along with 4-5 of my peers.
