"I’m Miriam, an educator teaching Flute, Ukulele, English, ESL, Spanish, and Hebrew to all ages. I hold a Master’s in Elementary Education and ESL and a K-12 Spanish teaching license. My passion for languages stems from curiosity about customs, cultures, and global arts.

As a Hebrew heritage speaker, I self-taught reading, writing, and speaking after moving to the US, later taking graduate-level Hebrew classes. I teach Hebrew in schools and work as a Spanish-English interpreter.

My tutoring method introduces topics creatively, follows with explicit instruction, then student practice. I customize lessons in English, Spanish, and Hebrew focusing on vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension. I help students identify their strengths and areas to improve.
