"Hi! I’m Edie, an academic therapist who specializes in supporting students with ADHD, Autism, and dyslexia. I help students who struggle with traditional math and reading instruction build confidence, clarity, and real understanding without pressure or shame.

My approach goes beyond tutoring. I focus on how your child learns, not just what they’re learning. Sessions are structured, engaging, and tailored to neurodivergent learners using visual supports, step-by-step strategies, and flexible pacing. I work with upper elementary through college-level students, including those who experience reading and math anxiety, working memory challenges, or gaps in foundational skills.

Having taught math, reading, and English as well as special education, I have extensive experience supporting students with IEPs, 504 plans, and accommodation needs. With my experience as Associate Director and Star Trainer at Lindamood-Bell's Washington DC Center, I'm an expert at multisensory instruction. I partner closely with families to create sustainable progress, not quick fixes.
