"Hello, and welcome!
I’m Rick, a former NASA Instructor and current professional nuclear engineer with a background that bridges aerospace, physics, and high-level technical training. I hold a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s in Physics, and I’ve spent my career making complex concepts clear, practical, and engaging for learners at every level.
My teaching experience includes working as an instructor at NASA, where I trained astronauts and flight controllers, as well as serving as an instructor in the nuclear industry for professional engineers. Alongside my engineering work, I’ve run my own tutoring business, helping students succeed in math and physics — from middle school basics through advanced calculus and university-level physics.
Subjects I Tutor:
Math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus)
Physics (Middle school, high school, AP/IB, and introductory college)
My Approach:
I focus on making lessons clear, step-by-step, and directly relevant to what you need to succeed — whether that’s acing your next test, building confidence in a tricky subject, or preparing for advanced studies. My goal is for students to not only understand the material but also feel comfortable applying it on their own.
Tutoring Details:
Format: Online, interactive lessons tailored to your needs
Levels: Middle school, high school, college, and adult learners
Materials: I provide examples, problem sets, and follow-up resources after each session
If you’re ready to make math and physics click, send me a message today to schedule your first lesson. Let’s get started!" less...
