"In graduate school, I specialized in organic research at the University of Iowa. I was also a graduate assistant at the University of Iowa, where I assisted with both General and Organic Lab.

I then proceeded into my teaching career, where I was a professor of General and Organic Chemistry at Kirkwood Community College on a one-year temporary contract. I was able to obtain great success through these academic pursuits.

I am genuinely passionate about the subject. My deep knowledge in these subject areas and former teaching experience has allowed me to understand how best to connect with students, and explain complex subjects in very simple ways.
