"I have worked in various fields of education, including teaching in a classroom, leading educational field trips, and private tutoring for many years. My BA is in Spanish with a minor in Sociology, while my M.Ed. is in Adult Education. I also have a background in theater science (stage management), writing, journalism, and communications. I am a published author, so I have a great deal of experience with producing professional, academic, and creative written products.

I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and lived in Mexico for 4 months - where I studied at UDLAP, before returning to complete my degree at GVSU (located in Michigan). I have lived in many states and have provided educational support and tutoring to a wide variety of students, though my focus has always remained on high school, college, and adult learners.
