"Hello! My name is Kevin, a Sophomore attending Wentworth Institute of Technology in the heart of Boston pursing my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Aerospace. I prioritize student comfort and confidence, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone with or without math. During high school, I served as a peer tutor in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus, often helping classmates prepare for exams or tackle homework after school. I also regularly assisted peers with Calculus-related problems, even though I wasn’t officially assigned as their tutor — they knew they could count on me to explain tough concepts in a way that made sense. I officially tutored as an officer for the Kiwanis keyclub afterschool for 2 years with my underclassmen keeping them engaged and having them learn at the same time.
