"Hello! My name is Reese, and I have a long and diverse academic history. I began my undergraduate degree as a physics major and then switched to political science, which is what I went on to get my Master's degree in. Along the way I have had extensive experience in Physics, Calculus, Statistics, Political Science, and coding languages R and Python.
I have always enjoyed teaching and helping others as a peer, tutor, and teacher, and I've found that the best way to teach is to take things slow and help you understand the basic concepts as well as possible so that the bigger concepts get easier. I think that tutoring should be approached as though I'm teaching you how to play a game--there are rules, you need to learn how those rules work together, and then from there you build your own strategy and approach for solving the puzzle. My goal is not to sit over your shoulder and tell you what to do, I'm much more keen to uncover a few tricks to unlock everything and make the subject easier for you." less...
